Our season of Salami & Salsicce making classes for 2019 is now over.

Thank you to all our lovely guests for joining us at our Cellar Door and cooking class facility in the King Valley. We have had a fantastic time meeting our class members, sharing our passion for making traditional Salami & Salsicce, and making new friends over lunch and a glass of wine or two.

If traditional Salami making is something that is of interest to you, we’d love for you to join us next year. 2020 classes will run most weekends in July and first weekend in August.
