• Sample a selection of Salvatore Politini's favorites! A mix of reds, whites and on occassion our Muscat. Perfect to sample the entire range.
  • Its name, derived from the Latin sanguis Jovis, "the blood of Jove”. This tells us the colour is a brick red, not a purple or deep burgundy. It is also known as the main component of Chianti. At home it’s our every day dinner drink. You just can’t beat it with tomato based pizza and pasta. That bitter-sweet maraschino cherry flavour works well with these types of food.
  • Deliberately not made in the New Zealand style, this wine is more restrained in its aroma. Still unmistakably varietal, it is fresh, clean and lively on the palate, made as a food wine.
  • The King Valley’s cool climate gives elegance to this Shiraz. Sweet pepper, cloves and a hint of new leather fill the glass. Smooth and silky, the palate shows mixed berry fruit, framed by medium bodied tannins and light cedary oak.
  • Vermentino is a late ripening Italian variety. Our King Valley Vermentino is fresh and lively with aromas of citrus, honeydew melon, toasty oak and hints of seaspray.
